About Nikki
I’m Nikki, a Kinesiologist with many years of experience supporting people through periods of stress, transition, healing, and remembering.
I came to Kinesiology through my own body.
After experiencing profound healing from physical illness, I felt a clear call to listen more deeply - not just to symptoms, but to what the body holds beneath them. What began as a personal healing journey gradually unfolded into years of study, self-inquiry and lived practice, eventually becoming the work I now offer through my clinic in the Adelaide Hills, South Australia.
Outside the clinic, I continue to reflect, learn, and refine my practice so that the work I offer remains grounded, ethical, and sustainable.
“Healing does not happen in isolation - it is woven through everyday life.”
Nikki Heuskes
My early path into energetic and metaphysical healing began with training in The LifeLine Technique. This work opened the doorway into mind–body healing and laid the foundation for the way I now listen to and work with the body’s intelligence.
I am warm, grounded, and intuitive by nature, and I hold a confidential, non-judgmental space where people can arrive exactly as they are. My work is gentle and body-led, guided by creating safety for the nervous system so the body can soften, respond, and communicate what it is ready to release or integrate.
Each session unfolds uniquely. I listen carefully - to the body, to what’s being held, and to what wants to shift. Timing, consent and respect are central to how I work. Healing, for me, is not about doing more, but about slowing down and allowing the body’s own wisdom to speak.
Over the years, I have worked with hundreds of clients and supported many people through periods of healing, change and deep personal growth. I bring together professional training, lived experience and a deep understanding that healing happens as the body learns to feel safe in everyday life.
